Perth Metro Freight

Orders $199 over - Free (excludes bulky items)

Orders under $199 - $15 (excludes bulky items)

Orders placed before 1pm - 24 to 48 hour delivery 

WA Country & Interstate Freight

Orders over $299 - Free (excludes Bulky items)

Orders under $299 - $25 - (excludes Bulky items)

Allow up to a week for delivery of bulky items

Bulky Item Freight

Bulky items, including furniture and equipment may incur an extra freight charge. We will contact you to quote you on these items after you have placed the order.

If you choose the wrong delivery method eg metro instead of country, we will call you to charge the extra rate for delivery. 

Once your order has left us, the delivery timeframe is outside of our control. We can provide you with a tracking number, but all tracking enquiries need to go through the relevant courier companies.

Packages that are left are done so at your own risk, Elite Salon Supplies holds no responsibility for missing packages once delivered. Please note, a redelivery fee will occur for any missed deliveries.

For all address changes, please notify us via email or phone so that we can update your details in our freight system. (Please note a redelivery fee will occur for address changes once the package has left us).
