FAQ's

Do I have to own a Salon to purchase from Elite Salon Supplies?

No, you can purchase from us if you are a Therapist who works from home, are a Beauty Student or a Therapist. You will need to fill out an application form before you can start purchasing from Elite Salon Supplies but it is a once off application so that we can check you are able to use the professional products we supply.

How do I join your Loyalty Program?

Once you have filled out an application to purchase from Elite Salon Supplies you will automatically become a part of our Loyalty Program.

How does your Loyalty Program work?

For every $50 you spend in our wholesale shop either online, in store or by phone you will accumulate $1.

Our unique Loyalty Program offers you the choice of FREE training or FREE Product. We strongly believe that training is a huge part of your business success and having the ability to be able to accumulate points to train Therapists in new skills is our way of rewarding your loyalty to ESS. Alternatively you can use your loyalty dollars to stock up on extra products during the year or try new products. There is no need for loyalty cards that get lost, whether you purchase online, by fax or in store we accumulate your loyalty dollars for you and let you know the Value you have available on your invoice…it’s as easy as that.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

This depends on where you live. If you live in the Metro area and spend over $250 on your order then your delivery will be free and delivered to your door on the next Tuesday or Thursday eg order made on Monday will be delivered Tuesday or an order made on Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday. We can sometimes assist with deliveries outside of our usual days, so please call us if you would like more information about this.

If you live outside the metro area we can usually have your order to you within 3 days.

Can I collect my orders?

Of course, we are happy to pack up your order for you for collection or feel free to come and browse our huge showroom and shop away.

How can I find out your training dates?

We will always have our training details online and on our Facebook Page. You will also receive an email of up and coming training & events and of course you can always call us we are happy to assist with specialized training in any way we can.

Can I hire your training facility?

Yes, you certainly can. We hire our facilities on a daily rate & are happy to assist you with your own training, staff meetings or conferences that you wish to hold at our training centre. We also provide this facility to Product Companies, especially those travelling from over east, who require the perfect set up to hold their training. Please feel free to call us for more information.

Do you have Trained Beauty Therapists on site to assist with my purchase?

We most certainly do. We have qualified Therapists ready to assist you with product knowledge and advise on new products in the industry, how they work and how you can offer these to your Clients. We are here to help in any way we can.

Can I have someone visit me to talk about machines, marketing and solutions for my business?

Unlike most other wholesalers we have a Representative dedicated to coming to your Salon to discuss ways to grow your business and assist with money making strategies. All our Reps have at least 25years experience in the industry and are passionate about what they do, you can rest assured you are in the right hands when it comes to machine purchases, marketing and revenue making equipment. We are also happy to train in your own salon if you are unable to attend specific training dates. Please call us to arrange a time to talk to an Elite Representative you wont be disappointed.
